- Prepare LEDES files for submission to clients via e-billing systems and troubleshoot any errors
- Assist with e-billing for complex clients, ensuring compliance with billing guidelines and accuracy of invoices
- Monitor invoice validations, approvals, and rejections, resolving issues as necessary
- Provide technical support and customer service regarding e-billing processes to billing attorneys and staff
- Collaborate with the collections team to reconcile accounts and submit monthly accruals to clients
- Minimum of five years’ experience in legal e-billing
- Experience with major e-billing systems such as Legal Tracker, Counsel
GO, or similar platforms - Proficiency in intermediate Excel functions, including vLookup and Pivot Tables
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and a proactive work style, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with the eBilling Hub and Elite 3E
- Familiarity with minor e-billing systems
- AA or BA degree
