What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage billing and collection activities for patient accounts receivable
- Communicate with patients regarding overdue balances and payment arrangements
- Review billing statements and generate patient collection reports
- Create and submit manufacturer co-payment claims in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Infusion billing and collections experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
- Excellent math and writing skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the CPR+ system
- Background in customer service for internal and external customers
