• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans for patients
• Assess and analyze patient skills and challenging behaviors to inform treatment strategies
• Monitor treatment integrity and ensure adherence to treatment protocols
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other stakeholders regarding treatment progress

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

• Strong knowledge of best practices for ABA treatment
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using technology for patient interaction and treatment documentation
