One Connection Counseling Center is seeking a contract Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW to join our team. In this role, you will conduct psychological assessments, provide counseling services, and support clients as they navigate a range of mental health challenges.

This is a hybrid position based in Nashville, TN, offering a combination of in‑office and remote work.

Note:

Pre‑licensed professionals are welcome to apply. Clinical supervision can be provided.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Providing ongoing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care

• Demonstrated expertise in psychology, mental health, and counseling practices
• Proficiency in psychological assessment and evidence‑based therapeutic interventions
• Strong ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and communicate effectively with clients
• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
• Active license as a Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience in addiction recovery and working with diverse populations is strongly preferred
