Job DescriptionWe are looking for experienced and collaborative physical therapists to provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes in YOUR geographical location. This is outpatient therapy delivered to the patient's home, NOT typical home health. The role focuses on helping others while leveraging technology, community, and fair compensation.
We offer prn, part-time, and full-time caseload opportunities. For therapists interested in replacing income with Luna, competitive pay and incentives include a $3,000 signing bonus paid in 6 months and access to additional benefits.
Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in their homes within the assigned geographic area.
- Utilize Luna platform for documentation, safety features, and patient management.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics to match patient needs and therapist availability.
- Support patient safety and proper billing processes related to home-based PT.
- Deliver care that emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and patient-centered outcomes.
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- 1+ years of experience
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS
- Base pay range: $75.00/hr - $82.00/hr
