Compensation packages include:
- Starting Salary range: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
- Provide excellent client care, collaborate with the team, and utilize creativity in interventions.
- Prepare and submit session documentation per company guidelines.
- Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills.
- Experience working with diverse client concerns and passing a background check.
- Ability to demonstrate stable boundaries with clients.
