Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Windsor, CO (REMOTE)

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) $62K-80K/yr

  • Starting Salary range: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with the team.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
  • Prepare and submit documentation per company guidelines.
  • Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week.
  • Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
  • Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently.
  • Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, pass a background check, and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in mental health practice, insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice.
