Therapeutic Support for Families (TSF) – Make a Meaningful Impact! Kaleidoscope Family Solutions is seeking dedicated individuals to provide therapeutic support for youth and caregivers participating in treatment services through the Division of Prevention and Behavioral Health Services (DPBHS). As a Therapeutic Support for Families (TSF), you will play a crucial role in empowering families by providing psycho-educational, therapeutic, and supportive services to help families stay together, strengthen relationships, and develop strategies for success.

• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA standards while ensuring quality care.

• Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, or a related human services field.
• Valid driver’s license and adequate auto insurance.
• Ability to pass FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal Background Checks + Drug Test.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on family needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to trauma-informed care and professional boundaries.
