Care Initiatives is now hiring an Area Intake Coordinator – Financial to join our Central Intake Team. This full‑time, remote position will

• Assist in the coordination of all admissions to the facility in accordance with budgeted census projections.
• Verify potential residents' insurance and obtain insurance authorization for admission.

• Knowledge of Medicare, Managed Care, and Medicaid Insurance.
• Point Click Care CRM knowledge – preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance portals and authorization guidelines.
• Maintain solid relationships with insurance case managers.
• Knowledge of hospital referral systems and electronic medical records.
• Strong customer service skills.
