Care Initiatives is now hiring an Area Intake Coordinator – Financial to join our Central Intake Team. This full‑time, remote position will
- Assist in the coordination of all admissions to the facility in accordance with budgeted census projections.
- Verify potential residents' insurance and obtain insurance authorization for admission.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Managed Care, and Medicaid Insurance.
- Point Click Care CRM knowledge – preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance portals and authorization guidelines.
- Maintain solid relationships with insurance case managers.
- Knowledge of hospital referral systems and electronic medical records.
- Strong customer service skills.
