SCC Soft Computer/
RCM e-Services) seeks a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Manager to spearhead national sales in Revenue Cycle Management Services in the Laboratory and Healthcare industry. This position will concentrate on the U.S. market, aiming to capitalize on significant growth opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• It is essential to have a firm grasp of the intricacies of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) billing and the credentialing process for the Laboratory and Healthcare Industry.
• Drive the growth of new business by actively prospecting for clients through strategic telephone and in-person outreach. Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients through consistent direct contact.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key accounts that are a top priority.
• Must have a strong ability to create proposals and deliver presentations.
• Assist in promotional activities, including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail
• Prepare sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion

Qualifications and Experience:

• 7-10 years of experience with a proven sales background in Revenue Cycle Management Services in the Laboratory and Healthcare industry market
• Understanding the healthcare provider reimbursement process, its dynamics, and the overall billing workflow within the market space.
• An active rolodex of relationships with key decision-makers in Revenue Cycle Management Services in the Laboratory and Healthcare industry
• Ability to connect with customers and gain trust quickly
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and Salesforce or equivalent CRM
• Familiarity with established Sales processes and sales funnel management
• Professional references are required and will be contacted for this role.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business or related field
• Willing to travel 35%
