Bi-Lingual Behavioral Health Clinician Home Based

Overview

Bi-Lingual Behavioral Health Clinician Home Based role at Easterseals MORC. This position supports children with emotional disturbances and their families in a home-based setting.

• Provide individual, group, conjoint or family psychotherapy and support services to children with severe emotional disturbance and their families.
• Conduct clinical assessments, develop diagnoses, and participate in developing person/family-centered treatment plans with client families.
• Monitor client progress and coordinate appropriate behavioral health and other needed services.
• Meet all MDCH requirements for Home-based hours (minimum 4 hours per family per month).
• Maintain electronic and paper charts, including required documentation of services provided, progress notes, treatment plans, periodic reviews, and client rights documents.
• Participate in individual supervision and team meetings to review progress, identify barriers, and develop strategies to assist families in reaching their goals.

• Possess a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Psychology; AND have a temporary limited license as a Psychologist (TLLP) or a limited license (LLP/LP) from the State of Michigan (grandfathered only); OR
• Possess a Master’s degree with a major in Social Work; AND have an LLMSW or LMSW from the State of Michigan; OR
• Possess a Master’s degree in Counseling; AND have a limited license as a professional counselor (LLPC) or an LPC from the State of Michigan; AND
• Possess a valid motor vehicle operator or chauffeur's license; AND
• Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish speaking).
