Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) $70K-85K/yr

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
• Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with the team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit documentation per company guidelines.
• Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week (Full-Time).
• Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, maintain appropriate boundaries, and pass a background check.

Qualifications:

• Experience in mental health practice, insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice area.
