Behavior Technician (BT) – Advanceable ABA
We are looking for a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Help children with autism reach important goals while staying engaged, playful, and active.
Work SettingThis is a home-based ABA therapy position. Services are delivered in the child’s home; you’ll be working in the natural environment where children learn and grow best.

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
- Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
- Already certified as an RBT? Great! Not yet? We’ll support your path to certification.
- Part‑time and full‑time Behavior Technician (BT) positions available
- Afternoon and after‑school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
- 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
- Hourly Pay Range: $21–$25/hour (based on experience; higher pay available upon RBT certification)
