we are currently interviewing for a primary care supervisor position that has experience with authorizations from providers (amerigroup, superior, molina, tmhp), utilizing evv software, admissions, billing, and managing office operations.

• experience with billing for providers (amerigroup, superior, molina, tmhp, availity)
• verification of client hours (evv)
• payroll (adp)
• microsoft excel
• hha-exchange software
• client eligibility verification
• oig checks, criminal checks, and emr checks
• office schedule and pay discussions will be conducted during the interview

• education: high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• experience: supervising experience of 1 year (preferred)
• experience with the listed software and processes (billing, evv, eligibility verification, hha-exchange)

schedule: monday to friday 9am to 5pm

work setting: acute care; in-person; long term care
