Team Members support clients with:

• All aspects of home and community life.
• Ensuring consistent safety.
• Providing a healthy and professional friendship.
• Personal hygiene and dressing.
• Scheduling, attending, and reporting on medical and therapeutic appointments.
• Shopping, cooking, and cleaning with the client.
• Organizing consistent exercise, socialization, and entertainment.

Clients live alone or with family. Care plans are directed and monitored by agencies such as DSS, DMHAS, BRS, DDS, Legal Conservators, CCCI, SWCAA, WCAAA, and care management access agencies for daily efficiency.

Requirements:

• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• One or two years of experience working with individuals who have had stroke, concussions, brain injury, or TBI.
• Verification letter from a previous employer or reference.
• Car, driver’s license, and insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.

Pay Rate: Dependent on experience and client needs.
