Senior EHR Clin Apps Analyst (Resolute Hospital and Professional Claims)

Location: Remote – ITS‑Clin Revenue Cycle

This position designs, configures, implements, optimizes, maintains, and supports intermediate to highly complex clinical systems in compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational policies. Clinical applications include patient registration, patient billing, clinical documentation in ambulatory and inpatient settings, and specialty applications such as Radiology, Pathology, Oncology, Transplant, and Cardiology. Additional responsibilities include providing intermediate analysis and documentation, formulating logical statements for operational problems to develop requirements, and delivering solutions that improve workflows and information technology systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of related experience.
• Educational background and/or experience sufficient to conduct clinical applications analysis and/or programming of intermediate to complex systems, analysis of clinical workflows, and system adoption strategies.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered.

• Certification or accreditation in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Claims and Remittance Administration and Epic Resolute Professional Billing Claims and Remittance Administration.

• Responsible for Epic Resolute Hospital and Professional Claims and Remittance build, testing, maintenance, and support, including charge testing, integrated testing, system upgrades, and special projects.
• Assist in developing training materials to support end‑user education.
• Collaborate effectively with operational and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and support.

Experience maintaining and supporting Epic Resolute Hospital and Professional Billing Claims and Remittance workflows.

Actual salary commensurate with experience.

Remote position. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional additional hours as needed.
