We’re hiring 100% remote therapists!

We’re hiring independently‑licensed and junior‑licensed clinicians. The licenses below are equivalent to senior‑license standards, and we may provide licensure supervision to junior‑licensed individuals as well:

• LCSW, LPC, LMFT

• Flexibility:
  Our virtual program allows clinicians to work from home or wherever they are most comfortable.
• Support:
  All clinicians receive support from a full‑time Admissions and Assessment team so they can focus on providing exceptional care.
• Consistency:
  We keep your calendar full as you want it to be. Group and individual sessions are scheduled the same time weekly, so you know your schedule ahead of time.
• Strong Relationships:
  With a maximum of eight clients in a group, you have opportunity to build deep relationships and provide in‑depth healing.

  Clinicians participate in case discussions to develop new skills and think outside the box.
• Free CEUs:
  All clinical staff have access to free, online CEUs to meet licensing requirements.
• 100% Remote:
  Work from anywhere in the USA.
• AI‑Powered Documentation:
  Providers have access to an AI‑powered virtual scribe that streamlines clinical documentation and summarizes key points of client sessions.

Charlie Health is hiring exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide telehealth services. We’re eager to work with forward‑thinking professionals in mental health, substance use, and eating disorder fields to enhance our programming and offer the best possible care to our clients.

This can either be a contract/1099 position or a W2 position.

A contract position allows you flexibility to schedule sessions wherever you are most comfortable. We request that clinicians dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week to facilitate group sessions and to take on individual and/or family sessions.

A W2 position requires full‑time availability with some availability in the evenings and Saturdays to facilitate group sessions and to take on individual and/or family sessions.
