Working within our Outpatient Division means joining a team that prioritizes clinical growth, work-life balance, and real impact in the community. Therapists have access to flexible scheduling, including weekly remote work options, allowing for better balance while delivering high-quality care. Therapists have the opportunity to work with clients through individual, group, and family therapy, while also collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary team that includes prescribers, case managers, and peer specialists.

Salary:
Fee for Service - $60 to $65 / hour per kept hour - depending upon education / experience / licensure

The Therapist plans, organizes and implements clinical counseling services to consumers and families. Legacy Treatment Services offers outpatient mental health services for those who could benefit from improvements in mental and behavioral health. Our Outpatient Program offers a comprehensive and personalized approach to mental illness.

• Plans for discharge and aftercare
• Maintains contact with referring agencies, treatment team providers, and related people, and with the community resources used for referral
• Maintains treatment records
• Assesses and interprets data about the consumer’s status in order to identify each consumer’s needs and provide the appropriate care, including age-related care, needed by the consumer group

• Master’s Degree in counseling field with at least one year of experience required
• Licensed to practice therapy in New Jersey
• LPC or LCSW required
