Medical Biller​/Personal Assistant

Overview

We are looking for an individual to help with medical billing office work for two optometry offices from the hours of 9am-6pm from our home office. We would also need you to pick up our twin school age children (12yo) from school and be with them until about 6:30pm, when we would get home from work.

• Help keep areas used by the kids tidy and neat
• Make snacks/small meals
• Help with homework as needed
• Simple household duties
• Take them to any lessons
• Run occasional errands
• Be good with kids, reliable, trustworthy, and able to help with them as needed

• Meticulous attention to detail and comfortable with numbers
• Work with PC-based computer systems (will learn to use electronic medical records, various insurance websites, Excel, scan/email/fax)
• Motivated to learn new skills and trainable

• Very reliable and dependable, trustworthy and honest
• Positive, upbeat attitude; patient and kind
• Safety conscious with the kids; able to help with learning/schoolwork if needed
• Ability to be trained and work alongside an experienced biller
• Willingness to be trained on our systems
