Make a Real Impact in Your Community!
Are you passionate about helping individuals overcome substance abuse and reclaim their lives? At Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI), we believe in second chances and providing the support people need to succeed. For over 60 years, we’ve been a pioneer in community-based services, transforming lives through innovative programs for individuals involved in the child welfare, juvenile justice, or criminal justice systems.
Join our mission-driven team as an MST Practitioner at our CSI Office in Dodge City, KS. You’ll play a key role providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to youth, their families, communities, and other key members. The MST Practitioner will provide intensive, home-based therapy to adolescents and their families involved in the juvenile justice system or at risk of out-of-home placement. MST Practitioners may be required to drive an average of 30-45 minutes from the CSI Dodge City Office.
This role is community-based and requires travel to surrounding counties.
What is Multisystemic Therapy (MST)?
Multisystemic Therapy (MST) targets chronic, violent, or substance-abusing juvenile offenders aged 12 through 17. MST’s home-based therapy approach helps overcome barriers to service, increases family retention in treatment, allows for the provision of intensive services (therapists have a maximum of 6 cases), and supports the maintenance of successful behavior change.
