• Collaborate with third‑party payers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement
• Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies to optimize revenue cycle performance
• Provide exceptional client services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of billing regulations and compliance requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of billing experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or Nursing Home settings
• Proven experience working with various third‑party payers
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes related to skilled nursing billing
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team‑oriented environment

• Experience with technical problem‑solving in billing processes
• Familiarity with electronic billing systems and software
• Strong analytical skills for revenue cycle management
