Omniscient Neurotechnology is seeking a high‑performing Territory Manager to bring AI‑driven, cloud‑based personalised brain mapping technology to neurosurgery, neurology, and radiology clinicians across the U.S. West Coast.
This is a field‑based individual contributor role for a results‑driven sales professional with experience in complex hospital or healthcare technology sales. You’ll engage leading clinicians, accelerate adoption of cutting‑edge neuroscience solutions, and play a key role in expanding a rapidly growing AI health platform.
Territory: California, Oregon, and Washington.

This role is ideal for a sales professional experienced in complex hospital‑based sales
, particularly within neurosurgery, neurology, and/or radiology service lines. You will drive early adoption, engage clinical and academic thought leaders, and manage strategic, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles with a customer‑first, consultative approach. This role will be calling on global thought‑leaders in the fields of neurosurgery, radiology, neuro‑rehabilitation, and neurology.
- 2+ years of medical device or hospital enterprise software sales experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- Proven success in complex, multi‑stakeholder healthcare or hospital‑based sales, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience selling to sophisticated clinical stakeholders (e.g., surgeons, neurologists, radiologists) and navigating hospital procurement and enterprise buying processes
- Background in neurosurgery, neurology, neuroradiology, or related med‑tech/healthcare technology is highly desirable
- Strong prospecting and pipeline development skills with a hunter mentality
- Ability to engage multiple hospital personas, including Imaging, PACS, IT, Operating Room, and Purchasing, with a customer‑first mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and executive‑level communication skills
- Comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision in virtual, hybrid, and field‑based selling environments
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field required
- Self‑motivated, growth‑oriented, and tactical, with the ability to drive adoption and influence stakeholders
- Drive territory growth and exceed sales targets by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing relationships
- Own the full sales cycle, navigating complex hospital systems and multiple stakeholders across Surgery, Radiology, IT, Legal, and Purchasing
- Engage and influence senior clinicians and thought leaders—neurosurgeons, neurologists, psychiatrists, radiologists, and MRI teams—to accelerate adoption of breakthrough brain‑mapping technology
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline, using Hub Spot CRM to track opportunities, forecast revenue, and ensure timely reporting
- Lead seamless transitions from sale to implementation, partnering with support teams to maximize procedural volume and rapid adoption
- Collaborate with Medical Education and Marketing to deliver impactful programs, key events, and clinical initiatives that drive awareness and utilization
- Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to execute territory strategy, identify high‑value targets, and achieve ambitious growth objectives
