Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and empathetic Counselor/Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health therapy and counseling services to a diverse range of clients. You will work collaboratively within our team to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs.

Maintain confidential records and case notes.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Participate in continuous professional development and supervision.

Requirements:

A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Current licensure as a mental health therapist/counselor in Maryland.

Experience in counseling or mental health therapy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to ethical practice and continuing education.

Ability to work with a diverse client population.
