• Execute data analysis of trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement across the employer's value-based care portfolio
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to risk, quality, and affordability for health plan payer contracts
• Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests for field teams
• Develop a strong understanding of payer-specific quality programs and conduct assessments for performance improvement
• Collaborate with field teams to identify practice-level opportunities and develop innovative reporting models

• Bachelor’s degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields
• 1+ year(s) of relevant work and/or internship experience
• Experience using Google Sheets or Excel for data management, including basic formulas and pivot tables
• Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
• Commitment to the employer’s mission of serving primary care providers and their patients

• Experience using Tableau or other data management software
• Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems with a high degree of autonomy
• Highly organized and proactive in addressing clarity and prioritization of tasks
