Millennium Therapy is looking to add a Full‑Time Physical Therapist to our staff in Fort Dodge, IA or Eagle Grove, IA in the outpatient setting. We are a patient‑focused, therapist‑owned and therapist‑managed company that operates throughout Iowa providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy in various settings. The local home office provides quick support to our associates, and our teams succeed through patient‑tailored treatments, flexible scheduling, and effective communication to meet each patient’s individualized goals.

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy and professional licensure in the state of hire; two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent clinical judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Effective time‑management skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Entry level desired.

• Provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehabilitation caseload.
• Supervise licensed physical therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students as required; additional administrative duties may apply in programs with multiple staff.
• Participate in the clinical team process.
• Teach and train caregiver staff.
• Engage in clinical program development.
