PACE Consulting, LLC (PACE) is a certified MBE/DBE woman-owned small business. We provide behavioral health clinical services and organizational consulting services to individuals and organizations. Our services include clinical counseling, employee assistance counseling, organizational development consulting, staff augmentation services, workshops, training, and supervision. We are solution-oriented, professional, and dedicated to our work with clients. We have a dynamic team of professionals who are incredible to work with!

We are looking for part-time and full-time therapists to work with children (ages 5 to 17) in our Private Practice. Our ideal candidate should be available for in-person sessions at our College Park, MD office, with some virtual availability. While we are particularly interested in therapists who work with children and adolescents, there are also opportunities to support adults and groups.

The duties of the position include:

• Provide counseling to children and adolescents
• Provide counseling to adults, families, and couples as needed
• Conduct assessments
• Complete clinical documentation
• Facilitate workshops for clients (optional)
• Correspond with clients on a regular basis

Counselors/Social Workers shall have:

• Clinical counseling experience
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
• Experience conducting assessments
• Experience facilitating workshops - desired

Counselors/Social Workers shall possess:

• A current State of Maryland Clinical Counseling/Social Work license. (LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, LCSW-C) (Required)
• Applicants paneled with Maryland Medicaid and Care First highly desired.

Desired

Experience:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience providing counseling services.

• Part-time/Full-time Independent Contractor (1099)

Pay Frequency:

• Semi-monthly or Monthly
