Georgetown, DE - IT - DHSS - Developmental Disabilities Services - Data Entry Operator 2 - Stockley Center
Stockley Center – this position is in-person in the Georgetown office on the Stockley grounds at the Mary Ann Coverdale (MAC) Center.

Location:
Georgetown, DE (Stockley Center). Onsite role; hours:
Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., with a 30-minute meal break. All hours are on-site and will not be considered from remote work.
Stockley Center - Data Entry Operator 2 role for scanning and entering residents medical, residential, activities and ancillary documentation, and demographic/profile information into the Stockley Client Data Management System (CDMS).
Responsibilities- Assist Stockley Center with scanning and entering residents medical, residential, activities and ancillary documentation, and demographic/profile information into the Stockley Client Data Management System (CDMS).
- Handle residents’ files and ensure records and information are transferred and stored properly.
- Work directly with Stockley Center Health Information Management (H.I.M.) staff to understand the data entry process and how to transfer resident paper records into the CDMS.
- Ensure residents paperwork, reports and charts are completed correctly and efficiently through self-monitoring checks and balances; address and rectify any data entry record errors within the CDMS.
- Be familiar with medical terminology and administrative duties; apply strong data entry, time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong data entry skills; excellent verbal and written communication; advanced organization; attention to detail; familiarity with medical terminology; basic computer skills to scan, organize and access electronic health records; good time management; excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must undergo Criminal Background Check and be processed through the BCC, Drug Test, and TB Test.
