Job Description
Location: Working from / based in Perkins OK
Licensure: LCSW/LPC/LMFT or under Supervision
Responsibilities- Provide therapy services in community, school-based, home-based, and office-based settings.
- Deliver intake, screening, referral, and psychotherapy to children and adults.
- Conduct group, individual, and family counseling as assigned.
- Provide community consultation and education services.
- Represent CREOKS professionally in the community.
- Perform assessments as requested and qualified by Supervisor.
- Maintain clinical records per ODMHSAS, OHCA, and CREOKS policies.
- Participate in Treatment Team Meetings and case conferences.
- Stay current with agency policies and procedures.
- Attend scheduled sessions and manage scheduling per Supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Valid Oklahoma license or license-eligible to practice psychotherapy.
- Knowledge of developmental stages.
- Understanding of treatment modalities: individual, group, family, and applicable clinical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work on an interdisciplinary team.
- Core competencies in co‑occurring disorder services.
- Conceptual awareness of community mental health interface with allied services.
- Skilled in psychological testing techniques.
- ASI, ASAM, SASSI certifications.
