Registered Behavior Technician - Winterville, NC (Afternoon Schedule)

Step Ahead ABA is hiring part‑time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, community, and school settings. Flexible scheduling, ongoing support, and clear advancement opportunities.

$23.00/hr – $26.00/hr

• $23/hour regular/billable rate
• Training, non‑billable, travel rates vary per state (less than regular rate)

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children in home, school, or community settings
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs
• Collect data and document each session accurately
• Communicate with supervising BCBA and team regularly
• Show professionalism and respect in every client interaction

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and punctual; strong communication skills
• Comfortable working with children and families in home settings
• Able to stay active and engaged with clients
• Prior ABA experience required

This is an in‑home position. Expectations include:

• Respecting the family’s home and space
• Leaving therapy materials on‑site as needed
• Being physically active with clients, including sitting, playing, lifting, or running if required
