Step Ahead ABA is hiring part‑time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, community, and school settings. Flexible scheduling, ongoing support, and clear advancement opportunities.
Base Pay Range$23.00/hr – $26.00/hr

- Follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs
- Collect data and document each session accurately
- Communicate with supervising BCBA and team regularly
- Show professionalism and respect in every client interaction
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and punctual; strong communication skills
- Comfortable working with children and families in home settings
- Able to stay active and engaged with clients
- Prior ABA experience required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
A dependable, professional work ethic
Ability to stay focused and flexible in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
This is an in‑home position. Expectations include:
- Respecting the family’s home and space
- Leaving therapy materials on‑site as needed
- Being physically active with clients, including sitting, playing, lifting, or running if required
