What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Implement effective training methods and curriculum for students diagnosed with autism and related disorders

Manage the Individual Education Plan (IEP) process, including scheduling and development of goals

Collaborate with clinical staff to create and implement program modifications and strategies

Complete required paperwork, including assessments and progress reports

Guide Behavior Technicians in supporting students' academic interventions

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree required

Certification as Licensed Intervention Specialist in the State of Ohio

1-2 years of experience working with students with autism and related disorders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Master’s degree in a related field

Teaching experience through field placement, student teaching, or employment

Experience specifically with students with autism and/or behavior disorders
