Applicants must be in the Tucson, Arizona area.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct insurance follow‑up and review payment posting and denials.
  • Work with coders to write appeals and correct claims.
  • Communicate with patients, submit records, and review benefits.
  • Perform charge entry, written appeals, and LOMNs as needed.
  • Complete additional tasks and projects assigned by management within set deadlines.
Requirements
  • Proficient knowledge of ICD‑10/HCPCS.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google‑based webpages.
  • A/R follow‑up experience (preferred).
  • Collections experience (preferred).
  • Physical Therapy claims experience (preferred).
  • Ability to multi‑task and keen attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of medical billing experience (outside of schooling or externship).
  • Remote work setting available after completion of on‑site training/probationary period.

Individual starting pay is based on experience – $16 per hour and up.
