Location: Anchorage, AK — This is a full-time, in-person role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
OverviewOpportunity to oversee occupational health services, coordinating clinical and administrative operations to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance. This is a leadership role requiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with strong managerial experience.
Key Responsibilities- Management and Leadership:
Provide leadership and direction to the occupational health team, including hiring, training, and performance management. - Clinical Oversight:
Oversee clinical operations to ensure delivery of high-quality occupational health services; collaborate with healthcare providers to maintain best practices and standards. - Administrative Duties:
Manage day-to-day operations of the center, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. - Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures. - Client Relations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients; address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively. - Travel:
Travel quarterly to different locations as required to oversee operations and ensure consistent quality of services.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to travel quarterly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
- Experience in occupational health services.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and occupational health standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
