Life Skills Home Lead Instructor-Milltown

Provide meaningful support and instruction to adults with disabilities in a group home setting.

Hours:

Qualified applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with daily living tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and general housekeeping
• Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all residents
• Overseeing the operation of the home during your shift
• Mentoring new Life Skills Instructors for their first three months, including training on home routines, behavioral goals, and documentation (in addition to training provided by key staff)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more

$350 Sign-On Bonus available!
(Must be scheduled a minimum of 20 hours per week to qualify.)
