What we are looking for:

365 is actively seeking a
** Support Services Supervisor, Behavioral Health
** to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals and families. This is a Full-Time Hybrid position. We are looking for someone to work 40 hours per week. The applicant must be residing in one of the following states:
New Hampshire, Connecticut Massachusetts, Maine, Virginia, West Virginia, or Utah.
** Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*** Guide other Support service staff to accomplish the best client care
* Utilize skills developed through certification to help client through the recovery process
* Responsible for scheduling own appointments with the client according to client’s schedule
* Work with the client to complete treatment goals and tasks set by the Addiction Psychiatrist, Nurse and Therapist
* Communicate to the Support Services Team and Program Coordinators any non-compliance, behavior changes, issues or incidents either witnessed or communicated
* Coordinate with other Peer Support/life coaches as they work to help others through the one year program.
* Help clients build trust, as well as, open and honest communication, share life experiences of recovery
* Accompanies client to group meetings *(When applicable)
** Provide client with support via phone or text on days there is not a face-to-face contact
* Complete any documentation required by Aspire
365 or the Recovery Support Team

* Qualifications:

*** HIPAA Compliance
* Knowledge of State professional and ethical guidelines
* Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, motivate clients and resolve problems
* Meet with client through zoom and in the client’s home throughout the 12-month program
* Remote Meeting Proficiency
** Requirements:
*** Bachelors Degree in social work, psychology, public health or a related field.
* Must have a valid driver's license
* Complete Recovery Coach Trainings
* Maintain state requirements
* Currently maintaining sobriety (minimum of 2 years)
* Must be a
** Certified
* * Life Coach or
** Certified
* * Peer Support
* Must reside in New Hampshire, Connecticut Massachusetts, Maine, Virginia, West Virginia, or Utah.
