Responsibilities- Maintain registry compliance and establish a database.
- Coordinate case schedules for 5 providers, including coordination of all required documentation.
- Manage and monitor a growing list of patients in the pipeline and navigate each patient through the complex care pathway from referral to procedure to follow‑up.
- Ensure meaningful patient experiences and ongoing health maintenance for this high‑risk population.
- Assist with inpatient procedure add‑on clinical flow to reduce length of stay and utilize resources efficiently.
- 3 years clinical experience, preferably in patient care setting of cardiology, orthopedics, neurosciences or musculoskeletal.
- RN license.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Education:
Bachelors Degree. - Certification/Licensure: RN License.
- Experience:
3 years related experience.
