Work Shift

Responsibilities
  • Maintain registry compliance and establish a database.
  • Coordinate case schedules for 5 providers, including coordination of all required documentation.
  • Manage and monitor a growing list of patients in the pipeline and navigate each patient through the complex care pathway from referral to procedure to follow‑up.
  • Ensure meaningful patient experiences and ongoing health maintenance for this high‑risk population.
  • Assist with inpatient procedure add‑on clinical flow to reduce length of stay and utilize resources efficiently.
Qualifications
  • 3 years clinical experience, preferably in patient care setting of cardiology, orthopedics, neurosciences or musculoskeletal.
  • RN license.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

    Bachelors Degree.
  • Certification/Licensure: RN License.
  • Experience:

    3 years related experience.
