Citywide Behavioral Health is seeking contractual and part-time therapists for OMHC. Must be licensed. Students are welcome for internships but will not be compensated.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient care and mental health provider duties safely and in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Conduct psychosocial and diagnostic evaluations as appropriate.
• Develop treatment plans and deliver behavioral health interventions suitable for the diagnosis and setting.
• Provide psychotherapy virtually or in-person (clinician and client must be vaccinated).
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant electronic records.
• Participate in team meetings and huddles.
• Complete clinical documentation and maintain client contact.
• Maintain good standing with professional boards and complete continuing education requirements.
• Be aware of community referral sources and refer when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date case files within the electronic health record system.
• Consult with third parties and collateral contacts when appropriate.
• Set your own hours.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of mental health experience in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Licenses: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW, LGMFT, LCMFT (Required).

Additional requirements:

• Criminal background check.
• Pre-employment drug screening.
• Reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing.

Salary: $48,304 - $93,662 per year

Experience: Preferred: 1 year in mental health.

License/Certification: LCPC, LMFT-C, or LCSW-C (Required).
