Position: CODER III, PRN - REMOTE
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Remote)
Salary Range: $18.79 - $27.25 per hour (Philadelphia) / $33.50 - $45.50 per hour (Greater Philadelphia)

Cooper University Health Care is seeking a staffed Coder III, PRN - Remote who will perform inpatient and outpatient coding for high acuity accounts, including Observation, Radiation Oncology, Chemotherapy Infusion, Cardiac Cath/Electrophysiology, Interventional Radiology, and Surgery to support revenue cycle goals for timely billing.

• Code high-acuity inpatient accounts.
• Code technical outpatient accounts such as Observation, Radiation Oncology, Chemotherapy Infusion, Cardiac Cath/Electrophysiology, Interventional Radiology, and Surgery.
• Support revenue cycle goals for timely billing.

• 3-5 years of coding experience (inpatient coding preferred).

• High School Diploma or GED.

• RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CIC, COC, CPC, CCA, CCC, CIRCC, CCVTC, or any of the Core Credentials or specialty credential of AAPC or AHIMA required.

• Mid-Senior level.

• Part-time.

• Engineering and Information Technology.
