- Draft, update, and maintain compliance-related policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Conduct compliance risk analysis and develop action plans to mitigate potential risks
- Develop and manage compliance training programs to educate employees on legal and ethical standards
- Perform transaction monitoring reviews and manage third-party intermediary due diligence
- Collaborate with various departments to address compliance issues and prepare management reports
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with admittance in good standing to at least one state bar
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare compliance experience
- Minimum of 7 years of Anti-Corruption compliance experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Antitrust
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills
- Experience in evaluating and auditing healthcare compliance matters
