Benefits- Total Earning Potential (Salary + Bonus): $93,391 - $116,739
- Generous Time Off:
Up to 22 days off in the first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months. - Flexible Hybrid Role:

Telehealth is determined by the BCBA when clinically effective. - CEU Stipend: $2,000 annually.

As a BCBA at Cortica, you will oversee neurodiversity‑affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) empowering them to make a lasting difference.
- Average 26 billable hours per week with manageable targets.
- Uncapped bonus potential based on billable hours.
- Growth through BCBA levels I‑IV with reduced productivity targets at higher levels.
- Autonomy over schedule for supervising cases.
- Administrative support handling scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
- Master's degree in human services or related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Transdisciplinary approach: multidisciplinary model involving occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics, and more.
- Focus on collaboration with families, caregivers, and clinicians to create individualized care plans.
