Are you passionate about igniting positive change in the lives of children and families? Step into the spotlight as a Behavior Technician (BT) at May Institute!

As a BT at our Randolph Center, you’ll provide one-on-one, evidence-based ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills
. You’ll implement individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) and assist in reducing challenging behaviors. You’ll collect data, track progress, and collaborate with supervisors (BCBAs) to ensure effective treatment.

  • Data-Driven Insights: data collection and analysis to track client progress and behavior, ensuring every step forward is celebrated.
  • Empowering Connections: Offer invaluable feedback and unwavering support to families and caregivers, fostering a network of strength and resilience.
  • Team Synergy: Join forces with a dynamic team of BCBAs, therapists, and support staff, collaborating seamlessly to deliver consistent and impactful interventions.
What You’ll Bring
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience, paired with reliable transportation (travel is required)
  • Experience: prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Communication Mastery : communication and interpersonal skills
