Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid Remote

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Remote – West Springfield, MA and surrounding areas (Hybrid Option Available).

  • Total Earning Potential (Salary + Bonus): $93,105 - $116,738

Your Role and Impact

As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You’ll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

    You’ll average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload.
  • Uncapped Bonus Potential:
    You can increase your earnings by billable hours, at your own pace.
  • Growth and Advancement Opportunities:
    Opportunities to advance through BCBA levels I–IV. At levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22, focusing on leadership development and broader professional interests.
  • Autonomy over Your

    Schedule:

    Full control over when and where you supervise cases.
  • Administrative Support:
    Scheduling, billing, and credentialing handled by a dedicated team so you can focus on clinical care.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
