Registered Behavior Technician - Woodbridge, VA (Bilingual) - (Evening Schedule)
Join Step Ahead ABA as a part‑time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home, community and school settings. This role supports flexible scheduling with clear advancement opportunities.
Base pay range: $22.00/hr – $25.00/hr.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct ABA therapy to children in their home, school, or community.
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs.
- Collect data and document each session accurately.
- Communicate with your supervising BCBA and team regularly.
- Show professionalism and respect in every client interaction.
What This Role Requires:
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Active RBT certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality, strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working with children and families in home settings.
- Able to stay active and engaged with clients.
- Prior ABA experience required.

This is an in‑home position, working directly in clients’ homes. Expectations include respecting the family’s space, leaving therapy materials on‑site as needed, and being physically active with clients.
