Bilingual Licensed Therapist (Spanish Speaking Preferred)
Join us at Ellie Mental Health - Woodbridge, NJ. We’re looking for a licensed or provisionally licensed Spanish‑speaking therapist passionate about delivering culturally competent mental health care to diverse communities.
Position Summary: We seek a licensed or provisionally licensed therapist to manage a balanced caseload with full clinical support and mentorship. This role offers flexibility to work both in‑person and remotely.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couple, family, or group therapy in Spanish and English;
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans;
- Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care;
- Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families;
- Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions;
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and training;
- Maintain documentation per company policies and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field;
- Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey;
- Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills;
- Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records (experience with Valant a plus);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base.
