Stockley Center - this position (and interviews) are in-person in the Georgetown office on the Stockley grounds at the Mary Ann Coverdale (MAC) Center.

The hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., with a 30‑minute meal break. All hours are on-site and will not be considered from remote work.

Responsibilities

The overall responsibility of the incumbent will be to assist the Stockley Center with scanning and entering residents' medical, residential, activities and ancillary documentation, and demographic/profile information into the Stockley Client Data Management System. The incumbent handles residents’ files and makes sure records and information are transferred and stored properly. The incumbent will work directly with Stockley Center Health Information Management (H.I.M.) staff to understand the data entry process and how to transfer resident paper records into the Stockley Client Data Management System (CDMS).

The incumbent should understand the policies and procedures of record keeping, verify that residents’ paperwork, reports and charts are correctly completed, and use self‑monitoring checks to address any data entry errors within the CDMS.
