Clinician

This is a part‑time clinician role with a hybrid work model based in Houston, TX, allowing for a combination of in‑office and remote work. The Clinician will provide therapeutic services, including client assessments, individual and group therapy, and treatment planning. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best care for clients while maintaining proper documentation and adhering to ethical and professional standards.

• Proficiency in client assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic techniques
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards
• Capable of managing time effectively and balancing remote and in‑office responsibilities
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Valid licensure as a Counselor, Therapist, or Social Worker in the state of Texas (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Experience working in clinical or mental health settings is preferred
• Knowledge of evidence‑based practices and mental health therapies
