A healthcare solutions company seeks a clinical trainer to design and deliver training programs for physicians and clinical staff on Cerner modules. The ideal candidate has a clinical background, preferably an RN or MD, and experience in adult education. Responsibilities include developing training materials, providing on-the-floor support during go-lives, and assessing training effectiveness. This role requires close to 100% travel.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree and familiarity with change management are preferred.
