We are looking for dedicated, compassionate individuals who have a passion for children and changing lives. We are working to build-up our clinical team. ABA Therapy experience is preferred; however, we offer on the job training. Salary is contingent upon experience.

Currently, we are hiring Behavior Therapists who would work primarily in our center. At times, you may also service clients in their homes and communities. We will provide you with training in Applied Behavior Analysis, as well as the possibility of career advancement and development opportunities.

Established in 2016 and at our current location since 2018, Changing Lives strives to offer a wide variety of ABA services based off of each individual’s needs, if you join as a member of our team with will assist in:
- Home-based therapy
- Center-based therapy
- Community-based programs
- Programs to develop social skills
- Parent/Family training
- School Integration programs
- Summer Camp programs
- Specialized programs
We would like to invite you to join as a member of our team as a Registered Behavior Technician. As an RBT with Changing Lives you can expect:
RBT and ABA Training
- This training will be delivered to you by our experienced supervisors and BCBAs.
- All behavior technician candidates will be required to pass the Registered Behavior Technician examination after their 40-hour training is completed.
- On-site training.
- Training from your team leads, RBTs and BCBAs while working with your clients.
- On-going check-ins, mentorship and support from your ABA team.
Crisis-support
- QBS
- Qualified Behavioral Solutions trainers on site.. - QBS training for all RBTs.
RBT Responsibilities and Expectations
- Deliver individualized ABA programs for each one of your clients.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior management in center, community and home settings.
Job Description
- Display the ability to participate as an active member of the client’s treatment team, working with team leads, BCBAs and other RBTs.
- Work with clients to increase social skills, communication skills and daily living skills.
- Receive feedback from supervisors.
- Communicate in a professional manner with team leads, BCBAs and co-workers.
- Abide by all HIPPA regulations.
- Daily Data collection and session notes .
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Participate in staff trainings and meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
