Milestone Therapy is dedicated to providing home-based early intervention services to children ages 0–3. By combining family-centered care with efficient documentation, we support families while maintaining a balanced work schedule for therapists.

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for infants and toddlers (ages 0–3).
• Provide engaging, play-based, evidence-based physical therapy in natural environments (home/community).
• Coach families on integrating communication strategies into everyday routines.
• Complete accurate, real-time documentation to minimize administrative burden.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to support whole-child development.

• Active Indiana PT License.
• Pediatric experience preferred—especially with infants and toddlers (new grads encouraged to apply).
• Strong family coaching, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A deep passion for helping young children achieve developmental milestones.
