Base pay range$65,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

- A current Ohio license: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, or IMFT

- Interest or background in trauma‑informed care and family systems approaches
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Willingness to work in school‑based or community environments, adapting to client needs
- Provide individual and family therapy to children, teens, and families
- Conduct assessments, treatment plans, and progress documentation in our EMR system
- Deliver evidence‑based care and collaborate with schools, families, and community partners
- Advocate for client well‑being and access to resources
- Participate in monthly supervision and ongoing clinical development
