As a Payment Poster, you will be an important part of the business office team. You will be responsible for posting, reconciling, depositing, adjusting, refunding and balancing of cash and daily payments.

• Post all payments and adjustments daily.
• Contact payer and initiate requests for payment and refunds for over payment.
• Enter refunds in the Advanta
  
  X system in a timely manner.
• Prepare check registry for all refunds keyed in Advanta
  
  X and submit to AP.
• Perform weekly allocations of deposits to ensure accurate reporting of credit balances.
• Maintain a credit balance of 1.0 days.

• Minimum 2 years of payment posting experience.
• Analytical skills to research and solve reimbursement discrepancies based on our contracts.

At the Surgery Ventures Central Business Office in Mid America, we support financial and patient care operations of 10 ambulatory surgery centers across the Kansas City Metro. Staff are assigned to work with one or more surgery centers via remote, in‑office and hybrid working environments.
